Al Jazeera Documentary Channel is proud to announce the fourth edition of AJD Industry Days, held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina from September 13-15 2025.  Industry Days is a forum dedicated to supporting the expansion of documentaries worldwide, including international co-productions, and aims to match key decision-makers with interesting and valuable projects. 

AJD Industry Days plans to become a key meeting place for projects from Southeast Europe, the Caucasus, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). It is our great pleasure to announce that this event will take place during the eighth edition of the Al Jazeera Balkans Documentary Film Festival (AJB DOC add hyperlink) 2025, from September 12-16.

AJD Industry Days will meet with various projects from the aforementioned regions for three days,  and following the project pitches the event will culminate in meetings with decision-makers.

The platform will offer SEE, Caucasus, and MENA documentary filmmakers and producers the opportunity to network with regional and international documentary and TV leading industry professionals to help secure funding for documentary production, supporting broadcast, distribution, screening, and sales worldwide. Industry Days consists of a variety of pitching sessions, panel discussions, one-to-one meetings, hands-on workshops, and networking activities, along with the simple enjoyment of the vibrant city of Sarajevo.
